RECIPE FOR S’MORES PIZZA ROLL UP
This is one of the best recipes I have made so far. It is easy to make and the kids (and Jamie too) absolutely loved it!! We love to make campfires and make S’mores outside, but this is such a great treat for inside 🙂
Here are the ingredients that you will need:

- 1 can Pillsbury refrigerated classic pizza crust
- 1/2 cup finely crushed graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup quick cooking oats
- 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/4 cup butter melted
- 11 tablespoons marshmallow creme
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Unroll pizza crust onto cookie sheet, press out approximately 14 x 9 inch. Bake for 8 minutes. While waiting, in a small bowl, stir together graham cracker crumbs, oats, brown sugar, and melted butter and set aside. Once crust is done, cool for approximately 3 minutes Spread 6 tablespoons of marshmallow creme in a thin layer over crust. Now take remaining 5 tablespoons and line along one short edge of crust.
Sprinkle on the graham cracker and oat mixture.
Evenly distribute the chocolate chips
Roll up crust starting with the edge that has the thick marshmallow. Be sure you do not squeeze it or marshmallow will come out.
Place seam down in ungreased loaf pan and cook for 8 minutes.
Remove from pan to cutting board and cut into 1-inch thick slices 🙂
