I just got back from Kroger..Perrysburg and someone had ripped the entire pad of coupons on all the displays………how do you get away with using more than2 coupons. They told me only 2 Internet coupons per item

I’m not sure what IP coupons you are speaking of. . I only had 1 IP for the yoplait. . as far as the tearpads . . how do you know someone took the whole tearpad? That is a very big assumption to make without knowing. I don’t think most people would take the entire tearpad, but that is just my opinion.
