hello i am a new couponer and heard about you through the blade and look forward to my sunday paper. I am just a little confused about this $4/2 Garnier Fructis Shampoo, Conditioner or Treatment, exp. 9/23/17 (RP 08/27/17) [Excludes 2-oz. to 3-oz.] do i have to buy this from the websites provided or are they in inserts in the newspaper. thank you for your time
P.s. i did use that coupon recommendation for the toilet paper at the dollar tree but only got 1 because i had 1 coupon in the blade and they denied me getting multiple…. so do i have to have a coupon for each item i get? so 4 coupons of the same thing for 4 items
