Freezer to Crockpot Meatball Ravioli Casserole Recipe
This is one of the easiest meals to prepare. For all freezer meals make sure to label your freezer bag with the name of the recipe, cooking instructions, and prep date. Freezer meals can be frozen for up to 3 months.
Serves: 8 to 10 servings
Ingredients
- 2 (16 ounce) packs frozen cheese ravioli
- 1 (45-ounce) jar pasta sauce
- 1 bag meatballs (45 to 55 count)
- 1 can of evaporated milk
- 1 cup Italian cheese
- Add water if you want sauce a little runnier
Freezer meal directions:
- Divide the ingredients evenly between two gallon sized bags, except for the shredded cheese.
- Put the shredded cheese in a sandwich bag.
- Label directions, date, and freeze up to 3 months
- Allow to defrost overnight in the refrigerator.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours (check after 5-6 hours)
- Add the cheese 20 minutes before you serve
- Cover and allow the cheese to melt
We like to eat this meal with salad and garlic bread.
Here are some other awesome things about freezer-to-crockpot meals:
- Most of these meals require no cooking ahead of time, so that means the recipes are very easy to prep.
- The meals cook for the first time out of the freezer so they don’t taste like leftovers (BUT leftovers are okay right?!)
- For us that coupon, we can take advantage of all the sales and freeze a couple at a time. (Most freezer meals will last for at least 3 months.)

This sounds a little silly, but the recipe says it serves 8. Am I correct that each bag would serve 4?
