Hi Joni 🙂 I am a single mom on a very limited budget and I live in Wisconsin. We have very strict laws here that prevent me from getting much at all for free with coupons. The most I may have save at 1 time was 50% -which is not good if you only get $183 in foodstamps for 4 people. I hate standing in line for food at the food pantry. A lot of the people smell bad and I end up wasting half of my day off there just to get the bare neccessities. I do work and my son is on disability(he is autistic and cognitively delayed) and my 2nd oldest daughter works(which will probably knock me off of foodstamps) -despite the fact that all of my son’s disability goes for rent and a quarter of my income from my paycheck does too. I pretty much work to barely survive and support all 6 of my kids. I get food from my church but I would rather be self sufficient and not have to ask for help. I was wonderig if I could get some tips as in what to do to get more savings than just a little bit here in my area. I have started a small stock pile but it took a lot of money to get started. If I didn’t have my tax return , I probably wouldn’t have been able to do anything.

By the way I forgot to mention I have 6 kids-3 of which live elsewhere but when they do come to visit I have to provide everything for them- i do not get child support or help from my ex.
Awesome
