I only got a welcome email too! I called them, and the fellow I talked with said he didn’t have that function to be able to send a $10 off of $10 purchase – only $10 off of $25. He said he sent that one to me, but I haven’t gotten it yet.
I would call back and ask to speak to a supervisor, because the offer is for $10 off $10 and that is what they owe you. . Let me know please:)
