My favorite tradition is not having Christmas on the 25th. We actually celebrate a Wise Men’s Christmas sometime in January. Because the Wise Men didn’t get to Jesus on the 25th but a few days/weeks later. So, this gives us the opportunity to tell are kids about the adventure longer as well as getting more deals after the holiday shopping is over. Thanks
We have a pickle ornament and my husband and I hide it every Christmas Eve & then on Christmas morning whoever finds it gets the pickle prize. We always make it a gift like a game that the whole family can play together. The kids love it!

Baking and decorating with my children.
My favorite tradition is decorating the tree on Black Friday instead of shopping!!
My kids would allways think of the animals on Christmas , so we would make strings of popcorn and cranberries and grapes for the bushes and then take pinecones and smear them with lots of peanut butter and roll them in bird seed and tie them to the trees then we would take pictures of the diffrent types of animals that would visit the the gifts they left for them . now that thier older and have familys of thier own they do the same with thier kids .
