365 Days of Kindness – Day 90
So many AMAZING stories from the 365 Days of Kindness from last year and so far this year! If you would like to share your story, GO HERE!! It is so encouraging and exciting to watch God at work. THANK YOU JESUS!! I will start posting the night before so everyone can like and share with their friends and family. Let’s get everyone we know involved in this movement of the 365 Days of Kindness:)
**DAY 90 CHALLENGE**
Today, I challenge everyone to make up a dinner for someone who could use a blessing. As most of you know, we ran into the pastor that married us and had a stroke about a year ago. He is going to rehab 4x a week and they have had very little help with transportation, etc. His wife is working full time and has to come home to pick him up and take him, go back to work, and then leave to go pick him back up. This broke our heart and we started thinking, there are so many families struggling. Many families have special needs children that don’t allow them time to fix meals in the evening. What a blessing this could be for a family struggling rather than having to go pick up fast food. Jamie was able to take Preacher Bob to his therapy session today and we made up crockpot lasagna for them. Jamie will plug it in and when they get home this evening, it will be ready to eat. It is super easy to make and delicious, here is the recipe if you would like to try it out:)This may not seem like much to some, but for a family who barely has enough time to get the things that have to be done in a day, this is such a huge blessing and shows that someone cares about them!! Such a small act of kindness to share with someone, but could truly bless them more than we even know. I taped a 365 Days of Kindness card inside so the person receiving it can pass it on – (YOU CAN PRINT THE CARDS BY CLICKING HERE). The purpose of printing the cards is that the recipient can then recycle it and pass the card on by doing another random act of kindness. My vision is that this will continue and continue until EVERYONE is involved in some capacity. Who’s in? I am praying that everyone gets involved in this. None of us can help everyone, but all of us can help someone, and when we do we serve Jesus. We can make an impact in our communities, one life at a time!!
GOD IS GOOD. . ALL THE TIME!!
