365 Days of Kindness ~ Day 308

So many AMAZING stories from the 365 Days of Kindness so far and we have only completed 307 Random Acts of Kindness! If you would like to share your story, GO HERE!! It is so encouraging and exciting to watch God at work. THANK YOU JESUS!!

I will start posting the night before so everyone can like and share with their friends and family. Let’s get everyone we know involved in this movement of 365 Days of Kindness.

**DAY 308 CHALLENGE**

Today I challenge all of you to get involved with helping us feed the homeless/less fortunate a complete Thanksgiving Dinner. We are still in desperate need of several items (we are short close to $250).  Please prayfully consider even donating just $1.  Don’t discount the smallness of the number 1, Jesus performed a miracle with 5 loaves and 2 fish and can do the same with $1.  You can make a secure monetary donation and/or make a donation by signing up to bring an item. We will be doing this on Wednesday, November 27th from 4 to 6 p.m. at Bethlehem Baptist New Life Church at 1430 W. Bancroft Street, Toledo, OH 43606. We will be providing all the turkeys but have a sign-up sheet for the remaining items. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY THE NOTES BESIDE EACH ITEM YOU ARE SIGNING UP FOR SO YOU PROVIDE THE CORRECT QUANTITY NEEDED!! We need all the food to be brought in the 1/2 size aluminum pans (Standard 9 x 13 and approx. 2″ deep). Please make sure they are completely full as that is what we are basing the portion sizes on.

To sign up for the items you want to bring Go HERE!! If you want to sign up for multiple items, please feel free to do that. We need all items at the church by 3 p.m. at the absolute latest. All items have to be fully cooked as we only have a warming unit for the food. The link above should take you directly to the sign-up sheet, but here is the additional information should you need it. We have had many ask if they could make a monetary donation so we have added that too. At this point, we still need about $250 to make this dinner happen.

If you are willing to help the day of the event, please sign up also – that section is at the bottom of the sign-up sheet! We will need many to stay afterwards to help us clean up please. Thanks for continuing to be the hands and feet of Jesus!! This is such a cool outreach and I am really excited about this!!  You guys are simply amazing!
