**DAY 302 CHALLENGE**
Today, I challenge everyone to donate a bag or candy or volunteer handing out candy from your car for this AWESOME Trunk or Treat Event being held by Vision Ministries in Toledo, OH. This is such a wonderful alternative to going out and trick or treating and still keeps Christ in the Center. I think everyone could donate just ONE BAG. You can send your candy to address provided below in RED:)
Here’s all the information:
Fall Outreach Trunk or Treat, that will take place, Thursday, October 31, from 5:30-7:30pm.
This is a safe and fun family, friendly outreach to the community. We will have carnival games, a cake walk game, and individuals with vehicles decorated in a fall of Bible theme, passing out candy.
We will also have hot dogs, popcorn and other refreshments.
This is a FREE event for the anyone!
We are in need of donations of candy, cider, baked good for cake walk game & bottled water.
We are also looking for individuals will to bring their cars and pass out candy. We try to provide the candy and decorations for cars that may need it.
We will start setting up around 4:30pm, and ask that all cars that are participating arrive no later then 5pm, as we will need to get cars lined up, street blocked off and such.
Donations of items can be dropped off at Vision Ministries, 1630 Broadway, Toledo, OH 43609 during office hours, Monday, Wednesday & Friday between 10-4pm, also during our Vision Kitchen (Meals) on Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays at 5:30pm.
I hope everyone gets involved in this challenge. We truly can show the love of Christ in such a small, small way! Think of all the children that will be attending and getting a glimpse of the Love of Jesus. None of us can help everyone, but all of us can help someone, and when we do we serve Jesus. We can make an impact in our communities, one life at a time!!
GOD IS GOOD. . ALL THE TIME!!
