Head on over to CVS and buy a Paypal Mastercard Debit card for $4.95 and then load $150 and you will get a FREE $50 ECB. This deal runs from November 24 – 27 only. Use it right away, otherwise you will be charged a $4.95 month. It can be used anywhere you use Mastercard. If you need groceries it’s a great way to use, or you can use it for online order CHRISTmas gifts.
THIS DEAL DOES NOT ROLL!! This means you cannot use the card to buy another one (it has been tested), but it does look like you might be able to do it more than once. The limit says 1, but we hear it might be two.
PLEASE NOTE YOU CAN ACTIVATE THIS CARD AND BUY YOUR SECOND ONE WITH THIS CARD!! BUT we have a sweeter idea. We took our $150 prepaid card to Giant Eagle and bought $150 worth of gift cards. Right now both Kroger and Giant Eagle are offering $0.20 fuelperks for every $50 you spend on 30-35 gallons of gas. So here’s what ours looked like:
HERE’S WHAT IT LOOKS LIKE:
**CVS SCENARIO**
Buy (1) Paypal Mastercard Debit Card – $4.95
Add $150 to it (MUST BE $150)
Pay: $154.95
Get back a $50 ECB
Final Cost: $104.95
Took $150 prepaid card and bought $150 in gift cards at Giant Eagle for fuelperks $0.20 x 3 (for every $50) = $0.60 x 30 gallons = $18
FINAL COST for a $150 prepaid card was $86.95 that’s a 43% discount **AWESOME**

JUST SO THAT IM CLEAR ON EVERYTHING CUZ I DONT SHOP AT CVS. THE $50 ECB HAS TO BE USED AT CVS?
Joni says
Yes, that is what an ECB is:)
Brittany says
I can’t remember. Can ECBs be used on gift cards?
Joni says
No they can’t. . hope that helps:)
Barb S. says
I don’t see this in my sales ad. Can anyone verify in the Chicago area? Where is this advertised?
Joni says
Click into your CVS account and then go to the top where it has the ECBs and enter your zip code and it is under “household” deals:)
Barb S. says
But then I can’t find the location you’re talking about either. I’ve logged into my account and I don’t see anything on the top that says ECBs. I can click on ExtraCare next to Pharmacy, Shop and Deals. But then there is no where to enter my zip (which is already store in my account info/preferred store) and nothing that says “household deals.”
Joni says
What is your zip, I will look it up?
Lisa says
Unfortunately, I’m unable to find this deal anywhere. I’ve used a bunch of zip codes near me in San Diego and I’ve used my parents’ in MA but none are coming up with that deal. So bummed! They are offering the one with ITunes and Gap/Old Navy but not this one. Maybe it’s a regional thing? It’s not advertised in our ads or on the display in the stores and not even when I check the website.

I purchased this deal and then right away went to Walmart and used the entire gift card (within 1 hour of purchasing). Will I get charged the monthly fee now that the card is at $0? How do you keep from getting charged for monthly fees? Do you need to cancel the card or anything? Thanks
Joni says
I was told if the card is at $0 you should call to cancel and cut up just to be safe or it just automatically will not charge since there is no balance, but I called and canceled, because I wanted to cover myself also:)
