**DAY 211 CHALLENGE**

Today, I challenge everyone to donate some back-to-school supplies to a family you know in need, a local church, or other collection spot. Even if you can only donate one item, DO IT!! It all matters and will bless someone! I have also attached a 365 Days of Kindness card. (YOU CAN PRINT THE CARDS BY CLICKING HERE).  The object of this is that they will receive it and use the card to do another act of kindness.  None of us can help everyone, but all of us can help someone, and when we do we serve Jesus and lives can be changed by small acts of kindness!!  It is such a cool way to show the love of Jesus.

**DAY 209 CHALLENGE**

Today, I challenge everyone to donate 5-items (nonperishable or hygienic) to a local food bank, shelter, or family you may know in need.  Please remember food stamps ONLY cover foods so many families have to go without the necessities, i.e. toothpaste, feminine care products, deodorant, etc.  These items are always greatly appreciated.  Please  also include one of the 365 Days of Kindness cards  HERE or make your own.   Who’s in? I am praying that everyone gets involved in this. None of us can help everyone, but all of us can help someone, and when we do we serve Jesus. We can make an impact in our communities, one life at a time!!

**DAY 208 CHALLENGE**

Copycat Recipe for Bob Evan’s Strawberry Supreme Pie 

INGREDIENTS:
1 cup sugar
3 tablespoons cornstarch
2 pints fresh strawberries, washed and hulled, divided
3 tablespoons strawberry gelatin
4 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 (9 inch) baked pie shells
cream, for garnish

Directions

1. Combine sugar and cornstarch; set aside.

2. Crush (don’t puree) one pint of berries in blender or with potato masher,
and add enough water to make 1 1/2 cups.

3. In saucepan, bring crushed berries to a boil over medium heat, stir in
sugar and cornstarch all at once. Stir constantly until thick and clear.

4. Remove from heat and add strawberry gelatin. Stir until gelatin is
dissolved. Set aside.

5. Mix cream cheese and 1 tablespoon of hot cooked berries; spread mixture
over baked pastry shell.

6. Stand the uncooked whole berries, stem end down, on top of cream cheese.

7. Pour hot cooked berries over whole berries.

8. Refrigerate until set, about 3 hours.

9. Garnish with whipped cream and serve.

Today, I challenge everyone to bake cookies or cupcakes or any treat (we are making the peanut butter brownies above) or even store bought and take to a public service worker, i.e. fire station, police station, etc.  It could even be your local bank, gas station, or hair salon.  Make sure to attach a ‘Thank you” and also include one of the 365 Days of Kindness cards  HERE!   Who’s in? I am praying that everyone gets involved in this. **DAY 200 CHALLENGE**

**This will start being our challenge every Friday. I want us to send a card to a stranger in every state. Each week, pick a different state and just keep track of it. Then weeks 51 and 52 we will send a CHRISTmas Card and a New Year Card.**

So today, I am challenging everyone to send a “thinking of you” or “encouraging” card to a complete stranger.  Now this is the fun part. . . How are we going to find that stranger?  Honestly, I am sooooooo excited I can’t hardly stand it:)

**DAY 206 CHALLENGE**

Today, I challenge everyone to send Mathew Majke a birthday cards for his 13th birthday.  His birthday is July 29th. I received an email stating he has a brain tumor and is not doing well (he is on hospice), so lets flood his mailbox with birthday cards and well wishes!!  If you so feel led to put a $1 or something inside, please do.  Let’s bless this little man beyond what he could ever imagine.

Today, I challenge everyone to send Ashton Roush birthday cards for his 10th birthday.  His birthday is August 11th but Mom says he loves getting mail and had put on her fb page a request to send him cards. I received permission to share their address.  I am asking everyone to PLEASE get involved in this one and send Ashton cards.  If you so feel led to put a $1 or something inside, please do.  Let’s bless this little man beyond what he could ever imagine.

**DAY 203 CHALLENGE**

Today, I challenge everyone to  go to a Dry Cleaners and pay for a person’s bill so when they pick it up, it will show “paid in full”. Many grocery stores have Dry Cleaners inside them and that is where we went.  We attached a 365 Days of Kindness card to the outside ~  (YOU CAN PRINT THE CARDS BY CLICKING HERE). The purpose of printing the cards is that the recipient can then recycle it and pass the card on by doing another random act of kindness.  My vision is that this will continue and continue until EVERYONE is involved in some capacity.    Who’s in? I am praying that everyone gets involved in this. None of us can help everyone, but all of us can help someone, and when we do we serve Jesus. We can make an impact in our communities, one life at a time!!
