BIG NEWS FOR FREE TASTES GOOD!!

**BIG CHANGES TAKING PLACE EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY**

I have many mixed emotions with what I am about to share, but after spending much time in prayer and fasting, Jamie and I have made some decisions as far as the future of Free Tastes Good. As most of you know, I have a “real” full time job and running the blog and finding all these deals with everyone is a ministry that I truly believe I am supposed to be doing; this takes countless hours to find all those deals. I love what I do and I am confident many of you are helped by the deals, but after much prayer and meditation we have decided to make some much needed changes involving the drug store matchups. They take hours to put together as we have to look over the ad, then search for the coupons, and then put them in a form so you can all print them off. This takes an average of 4-5 hours every Saturday evening and I feel like I have missed out on family functions so I could share drug store deals with all of you. Don’t get me wrong, I love you guys, but it is time to put it all into perspective. I will still post the FREE/cheap drug store items as I find them, but will be eliminating doing the formal weekly drug store matchups. I received much good insight after the recent survey many of you took and the biggest one was not many are using the weekly drug store matchups and many requested more Amazon and Target Deals. I have to say, I agree, I love both Target and Amazon. With that said, this will allow us to focus more on our weekly and daily Kroger, Meijer, Target, Giant Eagle, Walmart, Amazon, more recipes including slow cooker meals, and more videos including shopping scenarios!!  I think I am most excited about that as I know many of you are hands on people 🙂  THE DRUG STORE MATCHUPS ARE THE ONLY THING THAT WILL BE ELIMINATED FROM THE BLOG, ALL OTHER STORES WILL REMAIN THE SAME WITH WEEKLY MATCHUPS but now adding more Target, more Amazon 🙂  Also, with all the changes in policies and limits at drug stores, it is harder to stockpile and you all know I am a huge advocate on stockpiling. I am not meaning a stockpile that will all go to waste, but a stockpile that your family will use, allow you to donate, and save your family BIG time. Most of the drug stores limit us now to 1-2 items and many of you stated you forget to use the weekly RR, +UP Rewards, or ECBs before they expire. I truly want to make things as simple as possible while saving everyone as much money as possible and this seems like the best way to handle it.

We (Jamie and myself) want to make this the best blog you can possibly follow and help every single one of you save as much money as possible while encouraging each other and having a lot of fun together. I feel with dropping the weekly drug store matchups, this will allow us to dedicate more time to each of the individual stores listed above. As most of you know, I am a one-woman show posting these deals and Jamie is the one behind most of the pictures, so we want to continue doing what we are doing, but be the BEST!! Plus this allows us to give you more Target and Amazon Deals and instructional videos on “how to do deals”. I hope you all understand and will continue following us!! Thank you all for your love and support. It is greatly appreciated and I am excited to see what 2015 holds for all of us!!
